Here are some answers to the most common questions we come across
Q: How much are your call out charges?
A: £40.00 which includes labour for the first hour. Subsequent
hours are charged at £35.00.
Q: What is the charge for an initial
business consultation?
A: An initial business consultation is free of charge (up to 1 hour)
During this consultation an assessment of your existing computer
system will be made. You will then be supplied with a written report
highlighting problem areas and solutions to these problems
Q: How do your remote support options work?
A: Initially you make a phone call to DPM. If your problem
can be answered there and then we will tell you what to do. If this
is not possible we will log on to your system and investigate the
problem remotely. The majority of the faults we have encountered can
be fixed this way saving you time and money.
