One way to maintain a network is a "Break Fix" policy which is to wait until a problem occurs and then repair it. This can be disastrous if essential company data is lost.

DPM's preferred method is a "Managed Service" where we make an initial visit to your company and assess your current computer situation. We will then provide a comprehensive written report detailing possible improvements.

At this stage we can install a system that will centralise data storage and backups, safeguarding your important company data. We also offer many other facilities that will enable you to run your company more efficiently. Some of these are remote access to your company system from any internet enabled computer or suitable mobile device such as a SmartPhone or PDA. See our networks section for further details. Your computer network can be configured to automatically send reports to you or us by e-mail in the event of any potential problems. This will often enable us to take corrective action remotely before problems affect the running of your network.
